We work with multiple carriers to ensure you get your order as efficiently as possible.

In Latvia: DPD, Omniva and Latvia Post

Rest of the World: Latvia Post and DHL Express

Shipping costs depend on where you live.

Within Latvia:
DPD, Omniva and Latvia Post Office - €3 (Free over €150)

Within Europe:
Latvia Post - €8 (Free over €150)
DHL Express - €35

Rest of the World:
Latvia Post - €10 (Free over €150)
DHL Express - €40

Betolli ships orders in between 1-5 days after you place your order. This varies based on the size and complexity of your order. Once the order has been shipped, you will be notified via email. Below are the estimated shipping times given to us by the carrier. These can vary based on factors outside of our control.

Within Latvia:
DPD, Omniva and Latvia Post Office - 2-3 Business Days
Latvia Post Courier - 1-2 Business Days

Within Europe:
Latvia Post - 3-5 Business Days
DHL Express - 1-2 Business Days

Rest of the World:
Latvia Post - 7-15 Business Days
DHL Express - 3-5 Business Days

Shipment tracking is available and included with all shipping methods. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can check the tracking of your order here.

Returns

As all Betolli items are personalised and made to order, we do not offer change-of-mind returns.

Betolli products go through multiple quality checks before shipping but mistakes can happen. If the product is faulty or arrives damaged, please email us at info@betolli.com to initiate a return. We'll take a look at your request and figure out the best way to fix the situation whether it be a repair, replacement or refund.
