Returns

We pride ourselves with having the highest quality embroidered products and this is ensured with multiple rounds of quality control. As Betolli products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind.

In the unlikely event of a noticeable defect appearing with your product within 12 months, we are happy to either replace or repair the product. The decision to replace or repair such a product is at our discretion. Please note, general wear & tear is not a defect and will therefore not be replaced.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

If you need a refund because a product has a defect, please contact us at info@betolli.com. Refunds must be approved by us before you send the product.

Once you have received approval, you should mail your product to: Skolas iela 10, Talsi, LV-3201, Latvia.
