Our products are handmade and carefully embroidered and we take time to check the quality of each order. We aim to ship all orders in 1-5 business days. If there any delays with your order, we will notify you by email.

DPD and Omniva: 2-3 business days - €3 (Free on orders over €150)
Post Office: 2-3 business days - €3 (Free on orders over €150)
Courier: 1-2 business days - €7
Deliveries within the EU:
Standard (Latvia Post): 3-5 business days - €8 (Free on orders over €150)
DHL Express: 1-2 business days - €35

As all Betolli items are personalised and made to order, we do not offer change-of-mind returns. If you have any questions about product sizes, please consult the size guide listed on the product pages or contact us, we'd be more than happy to help.
